Problem
The client needed a complete website redesign with additional features: a modern tourism platform, operational tooling for their team, and AI-powered support and booking automation.
Solution
Built a comprehensive Persian-language tourism platform with tours, shopping, medical tourism, and currency exchange. Developed a full admin panel with role-based access control, a two-stage LLM support chatbot (intent classification into 16 categories with live data and SSE streaming), a Telegram booking parser with structured extraction and hallucination checks, context-window management with Persian/Latin token estimation, and multilingual RTL-aware support with Shamsi/Jalali date handling.
